Funding entity Iberdrola
The objective of this project is to develop specialized software, named ANDREA, to plan new installations in high voltage distribution networks (220, 132, 66, and 45 kV). Iberdrola service areas together with a long term planning horizon (20 years) will be considered in these studies. Several scenarios to model the expected growth demand, and different optimization attributes, such as: investment and operation costs, energy losses costs, reliability indices and environmental impact indicators, will be also considered in the planning exercises.
